Aman’s impressive corporate journey is undoubtedly fascinating from any perspective. After starting as an assistant manager, he worked his way up to the strategic revenue analyst position in the USA. He later moved to the UK, where he took up the position as a sales analyst. With expertise in business intelligence, revenue analysis, corporate strategy, and other areas, Aman seemed a sure bet for executive-level positions.

But life had other plans.

Moving into personal business ventures, Aman launched 3040 Basmati Rice in Chandigarh in 2018. It was a bold move, and it taught him the realities of creating something from nothing. The venture was successful in many aspects, but it turned out to be a move that soon became an intense personal mission.

A Personal Emotion Turned Purpose

The seed of AASVEDA was sown not in a lab or marketing office but in the emotional and physical distress – it was a move that was probably necessary. After the COVID-19 vaccine, both Aman and his parents experienced sudden and severe hair loss – a problem we all have probably experienced. His mother, in particular, found it emotionally overwhelming, and no product or treatment provided relief. Confidence went down, self-esteem took a hit, and no product – no matter how expensive or recommended – proved to be helpful.

Aman recalls, “I saw my mother so depressed all the time. And that broke me. Hair loss is not just a physical problem. It is emotional, personal, and deeply human. Then, I realised that we didn’t need another product on the shelf. We needed a cure. We needed hope.”
