Najeeb Bin Haneef O is the creative mind behind B-Lite Cookies. from Pathanamthitta district in Kerala, the southern state of India. He was introduced to farming at a very young age by his grandfather, who was involved in commercial agriculture.
He found particular interest in the social importance as well as the commercial aspect of food production. Growing up, Najeeb was drawn to biosciences and joined Sahrdaya College of Engineering and Technology to undertake a B. Tech undergraduate education. During his undergraduate training, he got familiar with alternative food sources.
