The following cancellation terms apply: – Cancellation before the student has been matched with an internship opportunity: A full refund will be provided to the student. – Cancellation after the student has been matched with an internship opportunity: Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any refunds will be at the discretion of KaroStartup. The decision will take into consideration the circumstances and efforts made to secure the internship. Cancellation by KaroStartup: In rare cases, KaroStartup may need to cancel the internship placement service due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. In such instances, we will provide a full refund to the affected students.
- Refund Policy:
– Refund Processing: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 2 to 3 days working days from the date of receiving the cancellation request. – Method of Refund: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method initially used for enrollment. For example, if the student made the payment through a credit card, the refund will be issued to the same credit card. – Refund Deductions: Depending on the timing of the cancellation and the specific circumstances, there may be deductions associated with processing fees or other administrative costs incurred by KaroStartup. Any such deductions will be clearly communicated to the student during the refund process.
