20th May 2024 – The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Sambalpur’s I-Hub Foundation has announced its ‘Incubator & Accelerator Programme’ for the year 2024-25, inviting aspiring startups and entrepreneurs to participate. This programme serves as a platform for early-stage startups and changemakers aiming to address significant societal challenges while ensuring financial sustainability, with a focus on promoting responsible business practices for a more equitable and sustainable future.
According to a statement by IIM Sambalpur, interested candidates can apply for the programme until the deadline on May 30, 2024. Shortlisted applicants will then have the opportunity to present their projects between June 1 and June 14, 2024, with the final selection of ventures set to be announced on June 15, 2024.
Participants selected for the programme will gain access to valuable resources, including co-working spaces, funding opportunities, industry connections, and potential investment leads. The I-Hub Foundation offers a 10,000-square-foot facility equipped with dedicated workspaces and a diverse programme portfolio catering to various stages of a startup’s journey. This includes virtual incubation options and specialized programmes such as the Drone Centre of Excellence and the Crafts & Arts Incubator, as highlighted in the statement.
The launch of the Incubator & Accelerator Programme underscores IIM Sambalpur’s commitment to nurturing and supporting entrepreneurship, providing aspiring entrepreneurs with the necessary tools and support to transform their innovative ideas into successful ventures.
