The platform empowers potential buyers and sellers, making the process of finding a home easy and straightforward. 

RealtyNow offers users the privilege to list their properties for buying or selling at no cost. In addition to this, it strives to provide various housing-related services such as packers and movers, painting services, home sanitization, etc. 

The primary goal of RealtyNow is to simplify the real estate experience, ensuring convenience for its customers. The platform aims to establish trust and loyalty by meeting the needs of users and delivering the best possible user experience.

Early Struggles and Perseverance:

At the tender age of 14, Mr. Sekhar Anthati faced a pivotal moment when he failed his 10th standard examination. Undeterred by this setback, he made the bold decision to leave home and embark on a journey to Hyderabad, armed with nothing but determination. Faced with financial constraints, he began working for a meagre monthly wage of Rs. 800. The lack of resources didn’t deter him, and alongside a coworker, he walked 10 kilometres daily to reach his workplace, demonstrating his commitment and resolve. 

• Initial challenges, hurdles 

Ensuring a comprehensive and accurate database of property listings was crucial. This platform needed to attract a sufficient number of property owners and agents to list their properties. 

We have been having issues with incomplete or inaccurate property information, which leads to user dissatisfaction. 

Figuring out a sustainable business model and monetization strategy was a challenge. Balancing the interests of property owners, buyers, and the platform itself while ensuring profitability required careful planning. 

Dealing with real estate regulations and compliance issues in different regions was a major challenge.

The Journey on Two Wheels: 

After a month’s salary, Mr. Anthati purchased his first bicycle, which became his means of commuting to work. This resourcefulness and ability to turn challenges into opportunities marked the beginning of his transformative journey. Despite the hardships, he continued to persevere and grow.

Mr. Anthati’s career took an unexpected turn when he transitioned from being an auto driver to an outstation cab driver. Within a year, he covered 90% of India, acquiring invaluable experiences and knowledge from the diverse people he encountered. This unconventional learning approach shaped his belief that real-world experiences surpass traditional education in providing practical knowledge. 

Corporate Ascent: 

In 2008, Mr. Anthati joined Genpact as a cab driver, showcasing his adaptability and determination to break barriers. In 2010, he emerged as a Process Developer (Bills Payable Specialist) within the same company. His commitment to self-improvement and career advancement saw him resign in 2012, driven by a larger goal of providing employment opportunities to hundreds of people. 

Entrepreneurial Ventures: 

Mr. Anthati’s entrepreneurial journey began in 2010 with the establishment of Maxim Services, later renamed Standard Accounts in 2014 and finally rebranded as 24eFiling under Scion Financial Services Pvt Ltd. This venture aimed to assist individuals struggling with filing their income tax returns. In 2015, he founded Accinford Technologies Pvt Ltd, an IT company.

A Serial Entrepreneur: 

Mr. Anthati’s passion for providing employment opportunities did not stop with these ventures. Year after year, he initiated new companies, collectively 8 companies, employing over 100 individuals. Notably, his startup, Realtynow Properties Pvt Ltd, recently secured a substantial investment of 1 million USD, further attesting to his entrepreneurial acumen and success.
