At Startup Mahakumbh, Incubators Will Occupy A Central Position To Promote Collaborative Learning Experiences

13th March 2024:  The Startup Mahakumbh, held on March 18, 2024, at the Bharat Mandapam and ITPO in New Delhi, would feature an Incubators’ Pavilion to encourage open discourse and knowledge-sharing among the greatest minds. Distinguished speakers and pioneers will discuss corporate roles in incubation and the startup ecosystem, choosing the proper incubator, and global acceleration potential.

This carefully selected forum will foster ecosystem collaboration through conversations, networking, and information sharing. During the three-day mega event, we will honour and recognize these exceptional incubators from around the country that are powering future growth, said Poyni Bhatt, former SINE-IITB CEO and Lead Incubator/Accelerator Track.

Suresh Narasimha, Managing Partner of Co-Create Ventures and Co-lead of the incubator/Accelerator Track said: “This is the first time we are getting such a large ecosystem to come together and brainstorm to rebuild a better future. Innovative startups depend on incubators and academics. Meeting them with corporations and the government makes talks more interesting.” Since 65% of India is under 35, Karthik Kittu, Chief of Staff to the Chairman of Startup Karnataka and Co-lead of Incubator/Accelerator Track, stated fostering entrepreneurship is vital to developing physical and digital infrastructure.

Conclusion

Entrepreneurship must be promoted at the school, university, and industrial levels. We must formalize informal (jugaad) innovation nationwide and turn rural micro firms into ‘startups ‘by developing the incubation environment, he said.
