25th April—Tech Mahindra, a leading provider of information technology services, said on Thursday that its revenue for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2024, was Rs 661 crore, representing a 40.9% year-on-year (YoY) decrease.
The decline in earnings may be attributed to the communications and media sector’s decline due to the impact of economic headwinds on overall demand.
A 6.2% year-over-year decrease brought the company’s total revenue for the period of January to March 2024 to Rs 12,871 crore.
Conclusion
As stated in a filing with the BSE, the board of directors of the firm has “recommended final dividend of Rs 28 per equity share of the face value of Rs 5 each (560 percent) for the financial year that ended on the 31st of March, 2024, subject to the approval of the members at the forthcoming annual general meeting of the company.”
