12 April 2024 – The renowned Startup Incubation and Innovation Centre (SIIC) at IIT Kanpur is home to Simactricals, which has announced the creation of its wireless charging solution for EVs. Simactricals, which was established in October 2020, recently received Rs 75 lakh under the SanchiConnect pre-seed cohort program. This is on top of the Rs 44 lakh in government funding the firm has already received.
The wireless charging system from Simactricals is designed to work with a variety of electric vehicles (EVs), including passenger vehicles (PVs), two-wheelers, and three-wheelers. Drones, rovers, and warehouse bots may also be charged with it. The business created its prototype in forty-five days.
The first project was developing a wireless charging system for drones owned by the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO). This system would enable uncrewed aerial vehicles to land on certain pads in order to be charged. Simactricals’s first success created the groundwork for its subsequent growth inside the electric vehicle ecosystem.
Conclusion
“Simactricals is committed to streamlining the EV charging experience and is motivated by a love for innovation. With the advancement of wireless charging technology, EV owners can now recharge their vehicles more conveniently and efficiently than before.
