Abhisek thought about how his skills in artificial intelligence (AI) can help to overcome these challenges. His PhD in NLP and AI had made him familiar with numerous ideas that could be implemented and he was ready to address practical problems. This led to the formation of Clinical AI Assistance Pvt. Ltd.

Abhishek Tiwari has a clear vision to upgrade health care. So under Clinical AI Assistance, Dr. Aayush, an AI consultant, was created to solve a fundamental problem: the stress on doctors. The scarcity of health workers globally was expected to be at 30 million by the end of the year 2030. Abhisek understood that with the help of technology, this gap can be decreased.

The Innovation Journey
In his doctoral work, he investigated totally different ways in which AI might be used in the context of health and medicine, which led him to create the idea behind Dr. Aayush.
Finally standing his ground on the vision he had for the project, Abhisek associated with a medical practitioner from AIIMS and recruited 20 best brains from several IITs and AIIMS. Both collectively bootstrapped 30 lakh INR of pre-seed funds and started the establishment of the new company.

The AI named Dr. Aayush first engages with patients when the patient enters the hospital by creating a conversation with them in English or Hindi. The patients enter the symptoms, and Dr. Aayush himself begins questioning through an AI system. Firstly, all information is collected, and then a report is produced and forwarded directly to the concerned doctor.
This process cuts the time doctors take to gather patient data. They also can see more patients per day, which erases long-existing queues and increases the productivity of the hospital as a whole. Besides, Dr. Aayush also offers online consultations using artificial intelligence.
