10 April 2024 Garuda Aerospace, an Indian drone startup, has landed a significant order from the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) for its cutting-edge Quadcopter drones. This collaboration marks Garuda Aerospace’s entry into the space-tech category, promising future innovations in the space sector.

Garuda Aerospace’s Quadcopter drones are equipped with machine learning and artificial intelligence capabilities, enhancing efficiency in various ISRO operations.

ISRO had conducted successful trials with Garuda Aerospace’s drones in 2021, utilizing them for delivering medicines, food supplies, and building sanitization during the COVID-19 pandemic. These trials played a crucial role in Garuda Aerospace securing the order for Quadcopter drones from ISRO.
