27 March 2024 – India has struck an agreement with Switzerland to expedite research in the area of hyperloop technology, with the goal of bringing high-speed transportation based on hyperloop to the nation. The agreement was made by Swisspod Technologies and India’s TuTr Hyperloop. The two businesses want to investigate and evaluate viable commercial hyperloop routes in India and create a financial and construction schedule for the system.
Together, they will “lead the design and funding of a testing center in India, serving as a hub for various experiments and validating the viability of hyperloop technology in real-world conditions.” At the Swiss Residence in New Delhi, India and Switzerland inked an agreement to advance high-speed and sustainable transportation options.
Swisspod and TuTr Hyperloop have announced that they would combine their knowledge and resources to expedite the field’s research, testing, and innovation, guaranteeing the secure, effective, and dependable advancement of hyperloop systems.
