In a world where processed foods dominate supermarket shelves, finding genuinely healthy, nutritious, and clean-label snacks can feel like a challenge. That’s where Vedic Garden comes in—a brand committed to making healthy eating effortless, delicious, and accessible.

A Journey Rooted in Personal Struggles

They say life’s challenges often lead us to our true purpose. For Kaushal Karia, the founder of Vedic Garden, this couldn’t be more true. Since childhood, he struggled with gut and digestion issues but never questioned his eating habits. Everything changed in 2020 when he suffered from severe acid reflux. Frustrated with conventional medicine, he turned to his family’s wisdom—embracing herbal remedies and natural ingredients. To his surprise, these simple changes led to a significant improvement in his health. At the same time, he noticed a larger shift—post-COVID, people were becoming increasingly conscious about what they consumed. Consumers were looking for healthier, natural alternatives to heavily processed foods. That’s when it struck him: if small, mindful changes could transform his health, why not create products that help others do the same?

From a Passion Project to a Thriving FMCG Brand

With over 80 years of FMCG distribution experience in his family, Kaushal had grown up watching brands flourish in India. His personal health journey, combined with his business acumen and market insights, led to the birth of Vedic Garden. The goal was clear—to blend India’s ancient wisdom with modern convenience, creating clean-label, nutrient-rich snacks and beverages.

Vedic Garden started with wellness teas and herbal infusions, and the response was overwhelming. Encouraged by the consumer demand, the brand expanded into snacks, a segment where most products were filled with maida, palm oil, and artificial ingredients. That’s when they introduced Millet & Superfoods-based Khakhras made with Rice Bran Oil, making them one of the first brands in India to do so.

Redefining Snacking with Clean-Label Foods

Today, Vedic Garden is on a mission to redefine the snacking experience. The brand’s product range now includes Millet Cookies and Millet Khakhra Minis, designed to cater to all age groups—whether it’s a 10-year-old child, a working professional, or a senior citizen. By focusing on nutrient-dense, guilt-free alternatives, Vedic Garden is setting new benchmarks in the FMCG industry.

Kaushal believes that Khakhra is poised to become a dominant sub-snack category, much like how potato chips and biscuits gained mass popularity in the past. With changing consumer preferences leaning towards healthier options, Vedic Garden aims to lead this movement by offering wholesome, innovative food solutions.

More Than a Business—A Movement Towards Mindful Consumption

Vedic Garden is not just another brand; it’s a reflection of a personal journey, a passion for mindful consumption, and a belief in reviving India’s ancient food traditions. As the brand continues to grow, the mission remains the same—to make healthy eating effortless, delicious, and accessible to all.

With steady growth and increasing consumer demand, Vedic Garden is targeting revenues exceeding ₹1 crore in FY25, expanding its presence across general trade, modern trade, quick commerce, and e-commerce. This is just the beginning of a healthier, more conscious India. Are you ready to be part of the change?
