Meet the Visionary behind Recex
Gaurav Aggarwal is the man behind this innovative idea. He cleared the competitive CA exam and got an opportunity to work for Unilever South Africa in Durban in 2012.
In 2013, he returned to his hometown, Kolkata and got cheated by a recruiter which triggered him to initiate a free job consultancy.
From 2013-2018, he made good B2B connections and added 850+ corporations (US Mortgage, Ed-tech, Fin-tech, E-commerce, IT/ITES, Manufacturing, FMCG, FMCD, Retail, BFSI) across 15+ countries. In mid-2018, Gaurav kick-started the franchising journey and added 40+ units across 11 cities in India.
Then later in Sept 2020, he registered and launched Co-Founders Planet, with the intent to help early-stage start-ups in 2022, he rebranded his company to RECEX-Recruitment Exchange, a 3-way marketplace.

Recex is a bootstrapped establishment. The founder has utilised his resources to meet the finances instead of reaching out to investors for funds. The company adopts a dual business model, incorporating B2B and B2C.
It uses the B2B model to offer its services to its recruitment partners and the B2C model to prove job opportunities to job seekers. Recex makes money through different means. The first is The Success fee-based model (8.33%-22%), the second is the Franchise, and the third channel includes Training Assignments (L1 to L4).
