15 April 2024 – Saahil Dhaka and Neil Sarkar, two BITS Pilani alums, founded Clientell, a revenue operations startup with the goal of creating the most user-friendly forecasting and pipeline evaluation platform.
Clientele is committed to using AI to improve data quality, save money on various tools, and raise productivity dramatically. Using individual forecasting procedures and machine learning models for every client, the RevOps business avoids adopting a one-size-fits-all strategy. The firm claims that its user-friendly interface and agile deployment are what make it stand out from the competition.
This is important since sales teams often underuse the multitude of tools at their disposal. Moreover, its conversational interface enables smooth connection with a variety of services, including Teams, LinkedIn, Slack, Google Sheets, and email. Because of this connectivity, users may continue using their present processes without having to pick up new software.
Conclusion
Clientell’s AI copilot has made it possible for its users—chief revenue officers and go-to-market executives in particular—to improve pipeline governance and forecasting, accelerate GTM execution, and more. The DevOps firm is now collaborating with big pharmaceutical companies and growth-stage SaaS businesses as early adopters and first design partners. Prior to this, at the end of 2021, Clientell had secured $600,000 from the Artha Venture Fund-led Sonic Cohort of Chiratae Ventures.
