Currently her role is to manage the people and maximise the company’s growth . She is involved in product and marketing.

Initially, StayRealtor.in aimed to connect tenants and brokers in Bangalore, but the journey took an unexpected turn. After three months of operations, they faced a common challenge — mismanagement of properties and clients. Undeterred, Shantanu and Shruti turned this hurdle into an opportunity by conducting in-depth market research.

Today they are functioning in 4 cities, 10k flats, 100+ brokers and have 10k PGs.
