They both were part of eZee and were heading Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service departments and it was a B2B SaaS business with more than 7 SaaS products. During the pandemic (COVID-19), the SaaS industry was growing and they found the opportunity as people will build a product and they will need a team who can help them streamline their marketing, sales, and customer service operations. This gave birth to “The Clueless Company”.
