From service and center discovery to checking discounts, from appointment booking to accessing medical documents and more, everything is available for patients in real-time and on WhatsApp. They can also drop a text or give a voice command in the language of their choice via WhatsApp, and the Voiceoc-enabled WhatsApp chatbot will provide pre-recorded responses or connect users to company representatives.

Samarth Bhalwar– Samarth Bhalwar is the co-founder of Voiceoc who completed his education in Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology. He was a sales and marketing intern at YCD Services Private Limited for 6 months in 2015 wherein he conducted primary market research and cost analysis to prepare marketing strategies for YCD student discount cards, convinced more than 50 popular FMCG brands to collaborate with YCD services and led a team of 15 students from 7 different colleges to carry out planned marketing campaigns on various digital and offline mediums to enhance sales of the card.
He was also the Chief Operator at Swastik Knits Private Limited for almost 5 years and worked in various departments. Before Voiceoc, he was the business advisor at NeSecure Networks Pvt Ltd for almost 2 years and provided services in North India for the company. Since 2019, he has been working at Voiceoc with his partner to make it a success.
Kush Aggarwal– Kush Aggarwal is the co-founder of Voiceoc who also completed his education in Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology. He was also a sales and marketing intern at YCD Services Private Limited for 6 months in 2015 wherein he worked alongside Samarth. He was also a sales and marketing intern at Sidqam Technologies for 2 months in 2016. Before Voiceoc, he worked as a digital and growth marketing intern at Kálos for 7 months wherein he developed direct marketing strategies to promote website traffic and drive conversions based on the business model, analyzed and interpreted data from website traffic using
Google Analytics and developed recommendations for potential target markets and advertising strategies to management, utilized SEO keyword tools to create a list of competitive keywords for Google Ad Words campaign and achieved 114 clicks and 28,317 impressions within 9 days of Google Ad Words campaign, Planned social media marketing strategies and carried out Facebook retargeting campaigns to increase traffic on the website. Since 2019, he has been working at Voiceoc with his partner to make it a success!
