Meet the Visionary behind Disenosys

Praveen Kumar is the man behind this creative establishment. He is a seasoned automotive professional with over 15 years of experience in leading global product development teams and handling Asia, Europe, and North America markets. 

He has been part of several projects, including designing the engine for the 2021 Ford Mustang. Additionally, he has also worked on joint projects with Mazda and Jaguar Land Rover.  Praveen is a Cross-functional collaborator with hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge in product development, production, supplier quality, and packaging.

Futuristic Vision of the Founders

The ed-tech startup aspires to educate and improve the standards of tens and thousands of engineers and make them employable and valuable from an industry standpoint. It aims to redefine engineering through knowledge transfer from industry experts to young,  aspiring designers to ensure their successful careers. Also, Disenosys hopes to revolutionize design education by promoting peer-to-peer education by connecting the world.

This startup adopts a dual model, incorporating B2B and B2C business models. Having a flexible outlook helps them to offer their high-quality services and facilities to business enterprises and budding engineers. 

In addition, the company is a bootstrapped enterprise, which means the creative founders used their resources to meet the finances instead of reaching out to various investors. It makes revenue through training the engineers. It has a remarkable valuation of 8 crores.

Remarkable Journey So Far 

Disenosys started as a one-man company with over 15+ years of experience. The name Diseno means “Design” in Spanish, and Sys stands for Systems. As an ardent Spanish lover, the founder chose the name Disenosys. In the first month, the company generated its first revenue of 10,000 INR with only one student. 

By mid-2020, its student count had grown to approximately 15. Later, the creative team expanded their offerings and included many other new automotive domains, such as ADAS, autonomous vehicles, and robotics. 

Within one year, their revenue had grown to over 3 lakhs INR per month. In late 2021, the team size had expanded to 25 employees, with dedicated teams for marketing, sales, HRM and Learning and Development.

At Present,  they have established partnerships with 50+ engineering colleges in India and 30+ automotive companies, including OEMs and engineering services. They have successfully sourced candidates for huge companies such as Renault, Nissan, HCL, TCS, Tata Technologies, Tata Motors, etc.
