The current valuation for the firm stands at 5 crore and it follows a B2B, B2C, and directly to individuals. It generates revenue mostly in the form of delivery charges and tax fees only.

The company is based out of Trichy, Tamil Nadu, and supports a wide variety of items including fruits and vegetables to be delivered within the outskirts of Trichy. The products include fresh fruits, meat products, luggage, fish products, stationery products, birthday cakes, bouquets, groceries, etc. The delivery within the city is done promptly on time and the safety of the products is kept in higher consideration by i-way.

The company has its delivery services accessible by 8 plus countries that courier the goods within 2 days to the desired destination and 100 percent security is maintained. The users can call i-way 15 minutes before the set time and it will handle everything from there.

I-way provides the export of perishable and nonperishable items by taking care of the packaging process as well. The company was officially incorporated as a private limited company on 05-10-2021 by DIPP (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion). The company has completed 12000 kgs of cake delivery by their team, completed 1 Lakh orders and customised an app in tier 2 city.

About i-way Founders & Their Journey

J. Jeegadheesan is the Founder and director of i-way services. He studied Computer science at Bishop Heber Higher Secondary School and founded this great delivery initiative 3 years ago. With the efficient technical and entrepreneurial skills of Jeegadheesan, i-way will be recognised by Startup India in 2022. 

M. Saravanan is the Co-founder of i-way pickup and delivery services. He is an Mechanical Engineering graduate from MIET who possesses great experience in working with top MNCs for the position as a designer and operations manager, 4 years back. Happily, both of the founders have a special bond of 15-plus years of dedicated friendship and have implanted a common goal as a stepping stone towards the business success orientation.
