Meet the team
The success of turning an innovative vision into reality is a work of the combined efforts of three determined men, Khem Raj, Pradeep Singh and Anish Singh. Khem Raj is a graduate of Mass Communication. He is an ex-mariner. At present, he is passionate about working on new ideas that would eventually lead to community building. He has three years of experience in building influencers’ communities for Inshorts and the Krishify app.
Pradeep pursued B.Tech (CSE) and has ten years of experience in the software industry in developing scalable, hybrid software and applications. He is dedicated to working with new techs. And, Anish Singh completed his degree of B.Tech (ECE) and brings his expert skills to ensure the progressive run of MYH. Before joining the MYH team, he was working with Piramal Foundation.

Most of tier 1, 2 and 3 cities have labour chowks for finding suitable construction labour. The individuals have to wait there to get work. The founders created MYH so that the construction labor does not have to sit at the labor chowk in search of work, rather a house builder can book it from home through a mobile application and he can go directly to work without wasting time. This creative innovation benefits the labour and the house builders making their connection easier and faster.

MYH is a bootstrapped venture. The founders have self-funded the company instead of reaching out to investors for funds. The company adopts a dual business model, incorporating B2B and B2C.
