Sportsman Shreyas Iyer Invests in Curelo, a Healthtech Startup

05 April 2024 – Shreyas Iyer contributed to a bigger INR 10 Cr fundraising round that the business had raised, in which family offices, IIMA Ventures, and Tarun Katial, cofounder of Zee5, all participated. The new funds will be used to strengthen growth, standardise disorganized laboratories, and increase Curelo’s presence.

Curelo, which was founded in 2022 by Arpit Jayswal, provides a one-stop shop for home sample collection for lab testing and consolidates diagnostic laboratories around the nation.  Indian cricket player Shreyas Iyer has contributed an unknown sum of money to the Curelo health tech platform. His contribution was a part of the startup’s INR 10 Cr fundraising round. IIMA Ventures, the business incubator of IIM Ahmedabad, US-based family offices, and Tarun Katial, the cofounder of Zee5, also took part in it.

Regarding his investment, Iyer said, “I’m happy to be a part of Curelo’s journey.” They tackle healthcare and diagnostics in a creative and user-friendly way, and I’m thrilled to help them expand.
