Kamakshya Prasad Nayak, from Bhubaneswar, Odisha, is the creative mind behind Welstays. He has completed PhD in Tourism from Punjab University in 2022.
His research focused specifically on Online Hotel Booking Customers and Business Models in Online Booking. Additionally, Kamakshya holds a NET-JRF qualification (2016) and two IATA Diplomas (Foundation and Consultant). He holds years of experience in this field.
He has worked with industry leaders such as OYO as a Demand Manager in 2017 and Thriveni Earth Movers Pvt. Ltd. as a Sr. Officer in the Travel Desk in 2016.
His journey in the field includes roles at Hello Trips Pvt. Ltd., KUONI, and Balmer Lawrie and Company Ltd., showcasing a diverse career spanning from 2010 to the present.
